Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Business Development indigital marketing to join our India (Mumbai) this role you will be the key driver of growthidentifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. Yourresponsibilities will include developing strategic initiatives managing proposals andcollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of digitalmarketing projects.
What Youll Do
- Develop implement and own a business and sales strategy to meet the companyobjectives and deliver commercial targets.
- Sell AnyMinds all solutions to the client by introducing the Companys product based onclient needs including digital marketing and influencer marketing and D2C solutions.
- Identify new business and partnership opportunities to further the growth of the businessacross the direct Brands and Media Agency ecosystems.
- Build-on an existing strong network of contacts across brands and agencies in India todrive business.
- Consultative selling to clients across brands and agencies. Responsible for the full cycleof a sale including generating leads initiating conversations pitching business opportunities following up with action plans to receiving briefs from clients.
- Lead initial project set up working with colleagues in making overall decisions to delivereach project at the highest standard as well as with a healthy margin.
- Work with the Head of Sales on annual budgeting and regular reporting of sales pipelinesand revenue forecasting.
Who You Are
- Have experience in sales at Digital Marketing Agencies or AdTech companies for aminimum range of 2 - 5 Years of Experience
- Experience in dealing with Agencies and direct brands and working with them onconsultative selling is a must
- Entrepreneurial flair excellent client relationship skills and commercial savvy
- Have superior new business and client management skills
- A genuine passion for sales and a desire to attract the best projects and clients to thebusiness.
- Demonstrate ability to translate a strategic brief into a creative execution that delivers on client goals high-quality standards and advances The Smalls portfolio
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills across all levels strong communication andproblem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable and rooted in the digital marketing industry and has concrete knowledgeof the digital eco-system across social programmatic influencer marketing
- Teamwork and collaboration: Enthusiastic team player collaborating with colleaguesacross different functions and markets.
Nice To Have
- Experience to work with Japanese enterprise / manager would be a plus
- Understanding of AI utilisation combined with a marketing strategy background.
