Job Summary

SAP Project Manager Summary

An experienced SAP Project Manager responsible for planning executing and delivering SAP implementation rollout and support projects within defined scope timeline and budget. Skilled in managing cross-functional teams stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Managing SAP implementation rollout and support projects across business units.

Leading SAP functional and technical teams to deliver business solutions.

Strong experience in SAP modules such as MM SD FI/CO PP and integration across modules.

Responsible for project planning budgeting and resource management.

Handle customer sales process (booking allotment invoicing cancellations).

Coordinating with business stakeholders vendors and senior management.

Ensuring system optimization process improvement and automation in SAP.

Handling incident management change requests and system enhancements.

Overseeing UAT go-live planning and post-implementation support.

Ensuring compliance audit readiness and SAP governance standards.

Improving business efficiency through SAP best practices.

Experience in team mentoring performance management and delivery management.
Ensure ITGC compliance (User Access SOD Change Management Audit Trails).
Collaborate with auditors for ITGC audits SOX compliance and remediation plans

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FICO/MM/SD/PP etc.)
Experience in SAP methodologies (e.g. ASAP Activate)
Project management expertise
Stakeholder and team management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
ITGC Controls (SOD Access Management Change Management Incident Management)

Preferred Qualifications

SAP certification (any module or SAP Activate).
Experience in S/4HANA projects.
Any graduate/ bachelors degree in: Engineering (IT).
