The Assistant Controller Corporate Finance will support the group consolidation financial reporting intercompany reconciliation and parent company reporting processes. This role is designed for a qualified finance professional who can combine strong technical accounting knowledge with high attention to detail timely execution and effective stakeholder coordination across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting: Coordinate monthly quarterly and annual consolidation activities including preparation of consolidated financial statements and supporting IFRS disclosures.

• Management Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports analysis and presentation materials for senior management and key stakeholders.

Parent Company Coordination: Act as the key finance contact for parent company reporting and ensure timely submission of reporting packages.

• Intercompany & Transfer Pricing Support: Review analyze and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions across group entities including support for pricing schedules and transfer pricing data.

• Reporting Accuracy & Controls: Ensure financial reporting data is complete accurate consistent and aligned with agreed reporting timelines.

• External Audit Support: Coordinate audit requests provide required schedules and support timely closure of audit queries related to consolidation reporting and intercompany matters.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency data quality and standardization across finance processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Accountant with 57 years of relevant experience in financial reporting consolidation audit or controllership.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles with practical IFRS exposure.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial data accurately.

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to identify reporting gaps inconsistencies or unusual trends.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across different functions entities and regions.

• Fluent English communication skills both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with SAP and CFIN consolidation systems is an advantage.

• Experience in a multinational company or group reporting environment is preferred.
