• Position: Assistant Branch Head

• Experience: Min 3 years of experience in NBFC / BFSI sector

• Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
• Salary: 25 K - 30 K

• Location: Chennai

Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI preferably in Gold Loan or similar financial services sector
• Good knowledge of branch operations Gold Loan processes and financial products
• Ability to drive business growth achieve targets and support team performance effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling branch operations motivate the team and ensure team work to achieve branch targets every month.
• Ensure month on month gold loan growth for the branch.
• Canvassing and marketing all products including debentures insurance tour and travel.
• Custodian of key cash management and accounting gold appraisals interest collection.
• Customer relationship building improve interest collections control NPAs participate in the marketing activities
