• Position: Assistant Branch Manager
• Location: Bangalore
• Salary: 35000/month
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 2.5–3 years in NBFC/BFSI with Gold Loan experience

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall branch operations and achieve monthly business targets.
Lead and motivate the team to improve sales and branch performance.
Acquire new customers and promote financial products including Gold Loans and Debentures.
Ensure smooth customer onboarding proper documentation compliance and NPA control.
Plan marketing activities and identify business opportunities to increase branch growth and profitability.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2.5–3 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI with Gold Loan experience
• Good knowledge of Gold Loan operations and financial products
• Ability to achieve business targets and support branch operations
