Assembly Injection (Fixed) Assembly Supervisor

Position Summary: Seeking an experienced Production/Assembly professional responsible for planning coordinating and monitoring day-to-day assembly activities to achieve production targets. The candidate should have strong exposure to production planning assembly operations productivity improvement quality procedures tooling jigs & fixtures and continuous improvement activities. Work Youll Do:Allocate work to the team and update the daily production plan to achieve production the team adheres to quality procedures work instructions SOPs and workmanship with relevant teams to ensure timely availability of parts for continuous improvement activities such as 5S and zoning ensuring active involvement of the assembly records and regularly monitor production requisitions for tools maintenance equipment and fixtures required for new jigs and fixtures to improve productivity and product with Industrial Engineering (IE) for the development and implementation of new jigs and proper maintenance and calibration of tools and instruments used in control and continuously improve productivity and operational : The candidate will be part of the Production/Assembly Team and will be responsible for supporting daily production activities and ensuring achievement of production targets. The role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams including Quality Industrial Engineering Maintenance Planning and Stores/Material teams. The candidate will focus on improving productivity ensuring adherence to quality and safety procedures maintaining assembly records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Strong team coordination and problem-solving skills are essential for effective execution of production activities. Basic Qualifications:Diploma / BE / in Mechanical Engineering.5-10 years of relevant experience in production assembly or manufacturing knowledge of production planning assembly processes quality procedures SOPs and work -on exposure to jigs fixtures tools and measuring instruments used in assembly of continuous improvement practices such as 5S productivity improvement and workplace Qualifications: Diploma / BE / in Mechanical Engineering with 5-10 years of relevant experience in production or assembly operations.
