Job Summary
- Drive business growth for Supply Chain Finance products across the assigned geography.
- Acquire new corporate anchors distributors dealers and SME clients to build a strong SCF portfolio.
- Manage relationships with existing customers and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
- Coordinate with credit operations and risk teams for smooth onboarding and faster disbursements.
- Monitor portfolio quality collections and delinquency levels to ensure healthy asset performance.
- Develop and execute market coverage plans to achieve business revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and manage channel partners DSAs and referral networks to generate quality business leads.
- Track market trends competitor activities and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and internal policy requirements across all transactions.
