Area Sales Manager CB3 NM

Objective

• Manage and grow Mobility OEM customers (Bus Trucks Tipper 2W) especially in the field of Commercial Vehicle segment.
• Establish new products in the facing role by proper coordination of the activities with team members and other functions (Technology Operations & Supply Chain) and other business units in support of program/product strategies.

• Responsibility to deliver the budgeted revenue numbers and the profitability of the business in the region.

Essential Functions

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering/ Paint Technology.
• Business management degree in marketing would be desirable
• Adept at working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Experience working in a global environment a plus.
• Knowledge of paint industry and paint application processes.
• Language : English Hindi Kannada Telugu and tamil will be added advantage
• Must possess at least 6-9 years of relevant coatings industry experience with proven track record to include a combination of technical process and commercial roles.
• Ability to influence customers and establish strong customer relationships.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and leading multi-functional teams without direct control.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with data-based decision-making capability.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product offerings / solutions.
• Strong communication skills along withProficiency in MS Office is a must with presentation skill. Experience using and information databases a plus.
• Ability to collaborate and build teamwork is essential.
• Ability to travel extensively based on need.
