Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth exchange operations to enhance customer experience and achieve exchange targets supporting new car sales.
Coordinate closely with M&M Area Sales Managers (PV CV & BEV) to align exchange strategies with new vehicle sales objectives.
Support cross-functional teams to improve overall exchange contribution and operational efficiency.
Manage and monitor digital vehicle evaluation and auction processes on the platform.
Track and improve broker participation to enhance bidding activity and conversion rates.
Regularly review dealer performance and provide support to improve exchange enquiries evaluations and conversions.
Promote scrappage programs for aging vehicles and facilitate customer benefits under CERO and relevant state government schemes.
Educate and influence customers on the value and protection offered by MFCW warranties clearly communicating key benefits to boost acceptance and warranty-attached used car sales.
Promote and drive warranty attachment at the dealer level motivating dealers to bundle MFCW warranties with used car sales and improve warranty penetration.
Align and ensure dealer adoption of MFCWL Auto Finance services for used car sales to enhance customer convenience.
Coordinate with the Auto-Fin team to enable smooth loan processing customer experience and resolution of finance-related issues.
Work with dealers to ensure timely payment of royalty fees; in cases of delay actively follow up and complete necessary actions to secure timely receipts.
Coordinate with dealers to ensure timely RC transfer compliance and monitor adherence to regulatory timelines.
Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric approach focused on improving dealer and end-user experience.
Analytical ability to use data for effective decision-making.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM & Business Automation tools.
