Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and administerARCON PAMsolutions in enterprise environments.
- Install configure upgrade and maintain ARCON PAM components.
- Onboard privileged accounts servers databases network devices and applications into ARCON PAM.
- Configure password vaulting credential rotation session monitoring and privileged session recording.
- Integrate ARCON PAM with Active Directory LDAP MFA SIEM and ticketing systems.
- Develop and maintain onboarding procedures policies and technical documentation.
- Perform health checks troubleshooting performance tuning and issue resolution.
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to privileged access management.
- Collaborate with security infrastructure and application teams for PAM deployment and governance.
- Participate in PAM migration enhancement and optimization projects.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience withARCON Privileged Access Management (PAM)implementation and administration.
- Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management concepts and best practices.
- Experience onboarding Windows Linux/Unix servers databases and network devices.
- Knowledge of password vaulting session management privileged session monitoring and access workflows.
- Experience integrating PAM with:
- Active Directory (AD)
- LDAP
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- SIEM tools
- Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols such as SSH RDP HTTPS and SNMP.
- Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CyberArk BeyondTrust Delinea or other PAM solutions.
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell Python or Shell scripting.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 PCI-DSS SOX and HIPAA.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or related field.
- Relevant ARCON PAM or cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience in PAM assessments and architecture design.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise PAM deployments.
