Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts layouts and detailed construction drawings
Prepare design presentations working drawings and 3D visualizations
Coordinate with structural MEP and project execution teams
Ensure designs comply with building codes and statutory regulations
Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
Review BOQs material specifications and design revisions
Coordinate with clients consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
Deliver projects within timelines budget and quality standards
