KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Architectural planning concept development and design detailing
Preparation and review of schematic drawings working drawings and design documentation
Coordination with consultants contractors vendors and internal project teams
Site coordination and monitoring of project execution activities
Ensuring design quality project timelines and compliance standards are maintained
Supporting client discussions design presentations and project reviews
Coordination with structural MEP and interior teams for smooth project execution
Resolving technical and design-related challenges during project lifecycle
Maintaining project documentation and reporting as required
PROJECT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Candidates with experience in the following project categories will be highly preferred:
Healthcare infrastructure projects
Hospitals and nursing homes
Institutional and educational campus projects
College and university developments
Candidates without healthcare exposure may also be considered if they have strong experience in:
Commercial projects
High-rise residential developments
Township and society projects

Bachelor of Architecture () is mandatory
38 years of relevant architectural experience
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
Working knowledge of Revit SketchUp and related design tools preferred
