Profile:Architect Designer-Architecture-Surat-5.4 LPA

Experience:

• Minimum 3 Years experience in:
  • Architectural Design
  • Interior Design
  • Space Planning
  • Site Coordination
• Architectural firm or interior design studio experience preferred

Salary Range: 40k to 45k

Roles:

• Prepare architectural and interior design concepts.
• Develop layout planning and space planning solutions.
• Create presentation drawings working drawings and detailed drawings.
• Prepare 2D and 3D designs as per project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and supervise project execution when required.
• Coordinate with contractors consultants and vendors.
• Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.
• Present architectural concepts and design ideas professionally.
• Prepare BOQ and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and maintain drawing revisions.
• Collaborate with the internal design team for smooth project execution.

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Architecture ()
• Diploma in Architecture
• Interior Design qualification preferred
