Job Summary
Preferred Experience
58 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution of high-rise residential and commercial projects.
Strong experience in handling projects from concept design to construction and completion.
Hands-on experience in high-rise building planning working drawings detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation.
Good knowledge of BBMP/GBA building regulations KTCP Act FAR/FSI setbacks height restrictions parking requirements and statutory approvals.
Experience in coordinating with BBMP/GBA BDA Fire Department BWSSB BESCOM structural consultants MEP consultants and other statutory authorities.
Experience in reviewing architectural structural MEP and shop drawings and resolving design coordination issues.
Strong site execution and consultant coordination experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other architectural design software.
Candidates with experience in large-scale residential towers commercial buildings mixed-use developments or gated communities will be preferred.
