Architect

• Prepare architectural concept schematic and detailed design drawings.
• Develop presentation drawings working drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural MEP BIM and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes standards and client requirements.
• Assist in preparing design reports specifications and BOQs.
• Review shop drawings and respond to site-related technical queries.
• Participate in client meetings and design review discussions.
• Support project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site teams during the construction phase as required.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture (.) from a recognized university.
• 23 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
• Experience in commercial projects (such as office buildings hotels hospitals mixed-use developments etc.) is mandatory. Airport project experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Adobe Photoshop and MS Office.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows is preferred.
• Good understanding of building bye-laws NBC and construction detailing.
• Strong communication coordination and presentation skills.
