Job Summary
- Prepare architectural concept schematic and detailed design drawings.
- Develop presentation drawings working drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural MEP BIM and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes standards and client requirements.
- Assist in preparing design reports specifications and BOQs.
- Review shop drawings and respond to site-related technical queries.
- Participate in client meetings and design review discussions.
- Support project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site teams during the construction phase as required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture (.) from a recognized university.
- 23 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
- Experience in commercial projects (such as office buildings hotels hospitals mixed-use developments etc.) is mandatory. Airport project experience will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Adobe Photoshop and MS Office.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows is preferred.
- Good understanding of building bye-laws NBC and construction detailing.
- Strong communication coordination and presentation skills.
