Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Apprentice - HR to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in HR. The individual will primarily support new joiner induction employee engagement initiatives and HRBP analytics / ops while gaining hands-on experience across HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

New Joiner Induction & Onboarding

• Welcome and assist new employees on their joining day

• Coordinate induction schedules and logistics (conference rooms materials system access)

• Facilitate or support induction sessions and company orientation programs

• Act as the first point of contact for new joiners for any queries

Employee Engagement Support

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events

• Coordinate logistics for town halls celebrations and team-building initiatives

• Support employee surveys feedback collection and analysis

• Help drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace culture

HR Operations & Coordination

• Prepare reports and dashboards related to onboarding and engagement

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HRBP Admin IT Payroll) for seamless operations

• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required

Qualifications & Skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field

• Freshers encouraged to apply

• Strong interest in Human Resources and people management

Key Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong coordination and organizational abilities

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

Learning & Development Opportunities
