Responsibilities

Candidates will be considered for multiple roles within various teams requiring similar skills during the recruitment process including the below teams. Final role alignment will be determined at the later stages based on skills identified during the interview process.

Position Purpose

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality client support across margin payments and operational processes while acting as a key link between clients and internal teams within the StoneX Payments and broader business. The position ensures timely accurate execution of client requests and supports seamless client experience across trading operations and payment services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Margin & Exposure Management

  • Monitor daily client margin calls using internal systems.
  • Reconcile margin requirements against client responses and funds received.
  • Follow up on outstanding or aged items and escalate to relevant internal teams when required.

Client Payments & Cash Management

  • Validate and process client payment requests within the TMS system accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with clients Risk and Treasury teams to ensure timely approvals and release of funds.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or incomplete payment instructions.

Settlement Instructions (SSI) Management

  • Coordinate the setup of new Client Settlement Instructions (SSIs).
  • Ensure all requests comply with internal policies including callback validation procedures.
  • Work with internal teams to complete and maintain accurate settlement records.

Client Position Transfers

  • Process client requests for internal and external position transfers.
  • Validate transfer details and coordinate with Risk Client Services and Clearing teams.
  • Ensure timely execution and resolve any issues or missing information.

Client Support & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Provide first-line support for client queries ensuring prompt and accurate resolution or escalation.
  • Collaborate with Client Management Operations Production Support and other internal teams globally.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across Trading Sales IT and correspondent banks.

Client Onboarding & Integration Support

  • Assist with client setup processes and integration activities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of StoneX Payments products and services to support clients effectively.

Service Delivery & Continuous Support

  • Ensure all client activities are delivered within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Support ongoing team deliverables and contribute to process improvements where possible.
  • Handle ad-hoc client requests and operational tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Confident with excellent written and verbal communication skils
  • Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Completing MBA (Finance or Business Analytics or a related field) by July /August 2027.
  • Must be available for a full-time 6 month apprenticeship staring Jan27 - 31st July-27

Workingenvironment:

  • Hybrid(as per RTO policy) - Minimum 4 days in a week in office
