Job Summary
Purpose of the Job
Assisting sales team to understand the requirement technically and help with the required technical inputs such as BOM technical proposal etc.
HVAC/ Cooling design site surveys (wherever needed) and technical discussion with customers.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum qualification required Graduate in Mechanical engineering.
3 - 5 Years of experience in HVAC/ Cooling design and extensive work experience in selection of Chillers AHUs Cooling Towers etc.
AutoCAD experience.
Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the engineering design and technical solution of TC application methods utilizing TC fleet & equipment for customers across various industry sectors.
Developing technical solutions during business development & sales order process through close cooperation with BD/Sales teams.
Support sales team in resolving customer queries both remotely and face to face.
Attending technical sales meetings site surveys and conducts presentations to potential customers on TC application solutions.
Preparing Technical Proposal PDP BOQ drawings & cost estimation sheet for complex TC jobs.
Fleet mapping as per enquiries in hand & order in hands.
Releasing application note/case studies with the help of marketing team.
Analyze field performance of products including performance testing of equipment project design validation & participation in development of software selection programs.
Provide technical training & workshops to sales team on fleets equipment and its various application methods & principles
Responsible for achieving adequate skill level of TC technicians & engineers and their capability enhancement
Ensure Areas/depots have the appropriate fleet mix configuration & necessary ancillary equipment in order to meet the supply & demand
Propose ancillaries purchases for new fleet or equipment to ensure business growth support and fleet standardization
Advisory assistance on major service breakdowns of Chillers Cooling Towers PHEs ACs AHUs BACs etc
Product enhancement & adding value added products/ancillaries in fleet based on emerging HVAC trends in the market
Ensure compliance as per standard ISO & QHSE policy
Contribute to the new product development as per requirement
Desired Skills
Excellent technical knowledge of HVAC/ Cooling field which include Chillers Cooling Towers Air Conditioners Air Handling Units Heat Exchangers Chilled Water Pumps Buffer Tanks etc.
Efficient Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
Analytical thinking.
Excellent communication skill in English both verbal and written.
Excellent technical communication and documentation skills.
Taking complete ownership of all tasks assigned.
