Application Support Engineer

We are looking foranApplication Support EngineerforChennailocation to join our company.

In Wilhelmsen Port Services we provide our customers with peace of mind while we handle their cargo theirvesselsand their crew. We handle 75000 port calls per year which means that every 7 minutes anywhere around the world we send a ship safely out to sea again to fulfil its purpose. We match localexpertisewith strict global standards making sure we consistently make our customers port calls as efficient and safe as possible.

Who you are:

You are a mid-level Salesforce professional comfortable working across both support and developmentworkstreams. You can independently diagnose and resolve production issues and contribute meaningfullyto development tasks.

What you will be doing:

• Provide application support for production environments resolving incidents and issuesIndependently

• Diagnose issues using Salesforce logs Developer Console Workbench and monitoring tools

• Work on defect fixes enhancements and custom development tasks (Apex LWC Flows)

• Collaborate with development release and platform teams to resolve issues end-to-end

• Maintainaccurateticket updates documentation and SOPs

• Participate in incident reviews and continuous improvement activities

experience andskills:

• 6 years of Salesforce development and/or application support experience

• Hands-on experience with Apex LWC Flows SOQL/SOSL

• Good understanding of Salesforce security model and production environments

• Comfortable working across support and development workstreams

• Good communicationand collaboration skills

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
