Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Java & Kotlin
Experience working with Kafka for event-driven architecture/messaging
Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL MongoDB & Cassandra
Good understanding of backend development and cloud-based applications
Experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
