About Position:

We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing developing and supporting business process management and workflow automation applications using the Appian platform. This role requires strong technical expertise in Appian development integrations and application support along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient enterprise solutions.

What Youll Do:

• Design develop and maintain applications using the Appian platform.
• Build and configure Appian process models records reports interfaces and business workflows.
• Develop Appian SAIL interfaces to create intuitive and user-friendly application experiences.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and manage integrations with external systems using APIs web services and database connections.
• Create and maintain Appian objects including rules expressions constants and data models.
• Perform application testing debugging and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Optimize application performance and implement improvements as required.
• Support deployment activities production releases and ongoing application maintenance.
• Perform defect analysis and provide timely resolutions for issues reported by users.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Appian development standards and best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation application design documents and support materials.
• Work collaboratively with architects developers QA teams and project stakeholders.
• Stay updated with Appian platform enhancements and emerging industry trends.

Expertise Youll Bring:

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Appian development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Appian platform features and development methodologies.
• Experience in Appian process modeling workflow development and business process automation.
• Hands-on experience with Appian SAIL interface development.
• Knowledge of Appian records reports rules expressions and application objects.
• Experience working with Appian integrations and external system connectivity.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs web services and enterprise integration concepts.
• Knowledge of data management and database integration within Appian applications.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
