Job Summary

Job Description:

  • 1. Sales and Business Development:

  • o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and

  • profitability goals.

  • o Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • o Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and

  • events.

  • 2. Operations Management:

  • o Ensure stores comply with company policies procedures and brand

  • standards.

  • o Monitor inventory management stock levels and visual merchandising.

  • o Conduct regular store audits to ensure operational excellence.

  • 3. Team Leadership and Development:

  • o Recruit train and mentor store managers and sales associates.

  • o Provide coaching and performance feedback to enhance productivity.

  • o Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.

  • 4. Customer Experience:

  • o Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.

  • o Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.

  • o Implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives.

  • 5. Financial Management:

  • o Manage area budgets including sales expenses and profitability.

  • o Ensure accurate financial reporting and operational cost control.

  • o Monitor store-level financial performance and recommend corrective

  • actions.

  • 6. PFA the required points:

  • Attend daily Store Meetings for all the store and do daily review of all stores

  • Ensure 100% adherence to Store daily PJP

  • Relationship building with Franchisee

  • Communication and Collaboration and Problem solving

  • Achieve sales revenue and profitability target for the assigned area

  • Customer Satisfaction

  • Employee Engagement and Retention

  • All Store Profitability

  • Inventory Management

  • Quick resolution of customer query if any.

  • Ensure seamless store operations maintaining high standards of customer

  • service visual merchandising and inventory management

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to the company policies procedures and

  • regulatory requirements

  • Drive and Participate in BTL activities and Exhibition to grow business in a

  • sustainable way

  • Look forward for long term association with the organization

  • 7. Must Knowledge of multiple Store Handling.
