Ansible AAP Administration

Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Experience: 8 - 12 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Requirements:

• Administer and manage centralized Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) environments.
• Develop and manage Ansible Playbooks Roles Collections Inventories and Execution Environments.
• Manage AAP RBAC users teams credentials access controls and platform governance.
• Plan and execute AAP upgrades patches configurations troubleshooting and platform maintenance.
• Administer Harness CI/CD including pipelines Pipeline-as-Code templates connectors and governance.
• Build and maintain reusable CI/CD templates and automation services for multiple engineering teams.
• Own CI/CD and automation platforms as centralized shared services supporting large developer/user communities.
• Implement platform security RBAC secrets management Vault integration compliance and audit controls.
• Integrate automation and CI/CD platforms with Jira ServiceNow GitHub and other enterprise tools using APIs.
• Collaborate with development DevOps security and infrastructure teams to improve platform adoption and reliability.
• Support and troubleshoot Docker and Kubernetes environments as required.
• Establish platform standards documentation governance and best practices.
• Monitor platform performance availability scalability and user adoption.
