Analytics Manager

We are seeking a talented and motivated Analytics Manager to join our this role you will be responsible for gathering analyzing and visualizing data to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset excellent communication skills and 5 years of experience in business intelligence analytics or related fields.

• Support daily weekly and monthly financial reporting including volumes revenues fees FX margins and payout costs across corridors and providers.
  

• Assist Finance in balance settlement and ledger reconciliation to identify mismatches delays or leakage.
  

• Build reports to monitor fund movements wallet balances and float positions across partners and internal entities.
  Build and maintain reports to support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.

• Develop and maintain dashboards reports and data visualisations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
  

• Provide analytical input for new product development and operational process optimization.
  

• Collaborate with Sales Operations Finance Product and Tech teams to align analytics efforts with organizational goals.
  

• Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  

• Coordinate with external payment partners to ensure accurate and timely data reconciliation.
  

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
  

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  

• 5 years of experience in business intelligence data analysis or a similar role.
  

• Strong command over SQL Excel and a BI tool (preferably Superset or Tableau).
  

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues in a structured manner.
  

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Prior experience in reconciliation and regulatory reporting
  

• Experience with payments fintech or financial services data
  

• Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n and python to streamline repetitive tasks.
  

• Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines to collaborate effectively with data engineering teams.
