Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Analyst to support planning execution and monitoring of projects. The role involves working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery effective communication and smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning scheduling and execution of tasks
- Track project progress milestones and deliverables
- Prepare MIS reports dashboards and status updates for stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
- Identify risks issues and dependencies; escalate when required
- Maintain project documentation including project plans meeting minutes and trackers
- Support budgeting resource allocation and cost tracking activities
- Ensure adherence to project management processes and quality standards
