Job Summary

Analyst Procurement Ops role key responsibility is to drive operational excellence by conducting transactional quality audits (peer audits) and delivering business analytics insights. This role ensures accuracy compliance and efficiency across Shared Services Organization support processes while enabling data-driven decision-making.

This position will be permanently based in Chakan Pune.

What you will do

Quality Audits & Process Compliance(50% role focus)

  • Perform internal transactional quality audits (peer audits) across processes.
  • Develop audit checklists sampling methodology and SOP compliance checks.
  • Identify errors categorize defects and maintain detailed audit logs.
  • Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) using tools like 5-Why Fishbone Pareto.
  • Drive CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) with stakeholders.
  • Publish weekly and monthly audit reports with insights and trends.
  • Partner with Operations to close recurring gaps and improve process adherence.

Business Analytics & Reporting (50% role focus)

  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
  • Extract and transform data for analytics use cases.
  • Provide insights to improve quality productivity cycle time and data accuracy.
  • Automate recurring reports using Power BI etc wherever possible.
  • Generate insights for SSO control tower value tracking and process governance.
  • Improve transactional quality and ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Enable data-driven decisions through structured analytics and reporting.
  • Reduce rework defects and turnaround time through quality insights.
  • Supporting automation and digital transformation in the SSO

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with different teams to resolve data quality issues.
  • Support continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
  • Identify automation opportunities within processes and drive implementation.

We believe you have

  • More than 6 years of experience within which at least 3 years must be in quality audits process audits or transactional QA in GBS / Shared Services setup.
  • Strong understanding of SOP compliance process controls and documentation.
  • Experience with RCA techniques and CAPA management.
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Power Query Lookups Data Modeling).
  • Knowledge of data extraction and validation.
  • Ability to convert raw data into insights and visualizations.
  • Knowledge of procurement/GBS/SSC processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or similar.
  • Experience in automation opportunity identification and RPA exposure.
  • Strong critical thinking and logical problem-solving ability.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured working style.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying risks and improvement areas.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
