Analyst Finance
Job requirements
- Analyze financial data to identify actionable trends variances and opportunities for process improvement within business operations
- Prepare review and track Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure scope accuracy and timely deliverables
- Manage vendor relationships by evaluating performance negotiating terms and resolving operational issues to drive efficiency
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement budgeting forecasting and cost control initiatives
- Monitor compliance with financial policies procedures and contractual obligations
- Support audit processes by compiling documentation and responding to inquiries related to business operations and vendor agreements
- Financial modeling using Excel
- SOW management and scope tracking
- Vendor management systems (e.g. SAP Ariba Coupa)
- Business process optimization in finance operations
- Data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau)
- Financial reporting software
- Contract management platforms
- ERP systems (Netsuite (must) SAP Oracle)
- Risk management in vendor relationships
- Automation tools for finance operations (e.g. UiPath Alteryx)
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in finance
- Project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall)
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field
- Certification in financial analysis (such as CFA Level 1) or vendor management (such as CIPS)
- Certification in business operations or project management (such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma) is preferred
Experience Range: With at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in finance analysis business operations and vendor management ideally progressing to 4 years in increasingly complex roles Key Responsibilities:
