The PACCAR India accounting team is searching for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. This position will report to the PACCAR India Controller and be responsible for the cash application accounting for PACCAR of Canada.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- PACCARs month-end financial statement close and reporting processes.
- Accounts receivable accounting with particular emphasis on cash application for PACCARs Truck and Replacement Parts divisions.
- Daily cash balancing and investment reporting.
- Testing controls in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Preparing journal entries and reconciliations that support the month-end financial statement close process.
- Preparation of cross-charges and month-end confirmations.
- Fixed asset accounting.
- Managing and/or assisting with special projects.
Knowledge & Skills :
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting / MBA in Finance
Skills:
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (Excel Word and PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working in shift that overlap U.S. timezone for 1st couple of hours
