Analog EDA Lead Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering or related field of study
• 4-8 years of relevant EDA/CAD experience combined with a passion for automation
• 2-3 years of technical lead as Analog Frontend

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good CMOS circuits basics analog circuits simulation and layout experience
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to take the initiative and drive to results
• Skills to manage time delegate and multi-task at work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Mentoring and experience with people management will be added advantage
• Team-work is imperative in this role

Preferred Skills/ Experience

• 4-8 years of experience in EDA/CAD in Frontend Analog Design Tools (Virtuoso Circuit design Analog simulation Mixed-Signal simulation Analog Design Verification Spice Spectre VerilogA Matlab etc )
• Prior experience for having interfaced with EDA vendors towards flow evaluations licensing and roadmap definitions
• Prior experience in programming languages and technologies as needed for projects: Python TCL Cadence SKILL Unix Shell programming etc
• Optional: AI/ML solutions Compute infrastructure Data management
