Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap for WhatsApp-based initiatives

• Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement support and conversion via WhatsApp

• Work closely with engineering design marketing and business teams to deliver high-impact features

• Build and optimize WhatsApp journeys including notifications chatbots and conversational flows

• Analyze user behavior campaign performance and funnel metrics to drive data-informed decisions

• Collaborate with third-party vendors and APIs (e.g. WhatsApp Business API providers)

• Business analysts with API integration Knowledge is mandatory for API initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with platform policies and data privacy regulations

• Support/solve queries of the users to run campaigns.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in Product Management (experience with messaging platforms preferred)

• Proven expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance processes is required

• Strong understanding of conversational UX chatbots and customer journey design

• Experience working with APIs integrations and automation tools

• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and prioritize effectively

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and messaging regulations is a strong plus

• Location: only Gurgaon

• Mode of working: Client office No hybrid.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in growth CRM or lifecycle marketing products

• Background in e-commerce fintech or customer engagement platforms

• Knowledge of automation tools and chatbot builders

• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
