AM Supply Technician

ROLE PURPOSEThe Service Technician is a field service role created to expand service coverage in underpenetrated city clusters and support in routine break-fix preventive maintenance and warranty work in order to increase overall service market share through wider geographic RESPONSIBILITIESField Service ExecutionAttend assigned break-fix and routine maintenance calls at customer sites within the assigned clusterExecute preventive maintenance (PM) jobs and warranty calls as per CSD planDiagnose first-level issues; escalate complex faults to the on-roll Service Engineer or Regional Service ManagerComplete service reports machine readings and job sheets in the field service / dispatch toolSpare Parts & Upsell ReferralIdentify spare-parts requirements at the customer site and raise demand through the spares processFlag upsell opportunities (genuine parts replacement retrofit) to the assigned KAM if any or to Regional Service ManagerProductivity & ComplianceAdhere to dispatch / scheduling assigned by the Regional Service ManagerMaintain tools safety gear and service kit per Milacron standardsFollow safety protocols at all customer sitesSUCCESS METRICS / KPISService QualityProductivityCommercial ContributionFirst-time-fix rate (L1 / routine calls)Service NPS at assigned customersCalls closed per day / week vs. targetProductive visits % (% of revenue-generating visits)Chargeable SE Utilization %PM compliance % (jobs done on schedule)Number of spare-parts referrals raisedKEY SKILL REQUIREMENTSSkill DimensionWhat We Are Looking ForTechnicalDiploma in Mechanical Electrical or MechatronicsWorking knowledge of injection-moulding machines or similar industrial equipment (training will be provided)Ability to diagnose first-level mechanical / electrical / hydraulic faultsOperationalUse of field service / dispatch / scheduling toolsJob sheet machine reading and basic reporting disciplineBehaviouralCustomer-first mindset and discipline at siteWillingness to travel within assigned clusterReliability and safety consciousnessEXPERIENCE PROFILEDiploma in Mechanical Electrical Electronics or Mechatronics25 years of field service experience on industrial equipment (injection moulding preferred but not mandatory)Comfortable with field travel within the assigned city clusterBasic English / regional language proficiency for site communication and reporting#LI-VU1
