Job Summary
- Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards
- Lead mentor and develop outlet staff to foster a high-performance culture support career growth and conduct regular performance reviews
- Drive sales performance and revenue targets through effective strategies team motivation and implementation of promotional campaigns
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) sales metrics and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage inventory levels stock rotation outlet cleanliness safety standards
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance sales trends and operational challenges to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and strategic objectives
Qualifications :
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Demonstrated sales acumen and track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in analyzing data and interpreting performance metrics
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills
- Knowledge of retail operations inventory management and merchandising best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required
