Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Supervisor to oversee aluminium fabrication installation production and site activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing workers ensuring quality standards maintaining productivity and completing projects within the given timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day aluminium fabrication and installation work.
- Manage and allocate work to fabricators installers and helpers.
- Read and understand drawings measurements and fabrication requirements.
- Ensure accurate cutting drilling assembling and installation of aluminium sections.
- Monitor work quality and ensure proper finishing and alignment.
- Coordinate with engineers contractors architects and site teams.
- Check material requirements and maintain proper inventory of aluminium sections glass hardware and accessories.
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
- Identify and resolve fabrication or installation issues at the site.
- Maintain daily work and manpower reports.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Minimize material wastage and maintain efficient use of resources.
- Inspect completed work and coordinate necessary corrections.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 25 years of experience in aluminium fabrication glazing doors/windows façade or related work.
- Good knowledge of aluminium profiles hardware glass and installation techniques.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and take measurements.
- Strong manpower handling and site supervision skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple activities.
