ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Engineer with strong Salesforce development expertise and hands-on experience in Agentforce & Agentforce Vibes. You will lead the design development configuration and deployment of intelligent Salesforce agents aligned with business requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as an SME for Agentforce implementations

Design and develop Salesforce agents using Agentforce & Agentforce Vibes

Configure prompts intents workflows and orchestration logic

Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data Flows Apex & external systems

Review configurations and Salesforce code

Troubleshoot agent behavior and performance issues

Collaborate with stakeholders and guide development teams

Support solution design estimation and technical leadership

Ensure scalability security and platform best practices
