Requirement:

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Engineer to design implement and optimize customer journey solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and AJO.

Required Skills:

• The ideal candidate will have expertise in data modeling journey orchestration and omni-channel personalization.
• This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring seamless integration and delivering impactful business outcomes
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Analytics Marketing or a related field. 3 years of experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Strong understanding of data modeling segmentation and customer journey orchestration.
• Experience with omni-channel personalization and A/B testing. Proficiency in APIs SDKs and tools such as WebSDK for data streaming and tagging.
• Hands-on experience with email template creation channel management and IP strategies.
• Preferred Skills Experience with other analytics platforms like Google Analytics Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with real-time data integration and identity resolution in AEP.
• Knowledge of privacy and data governance standards. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
