About The Job:

• Shift: Second Shift 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
• Experience: 5-9 Years
• Must Have: Python AWS Generative AI Machine Learning AI Evaluation Frameworks Cloud-native Development
• Familiarity with Java is preferred.
• ML experience is required particularly around model evaluation concepts and AI quality assessment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design develop deploy and maintain cloud-native applications and services on AWS.
• Build and integrate Generative AI solutions leveraging AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock Amazon SageMaker and Bedrock AgentCore.
• Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Bedrock Agents AgentCore AWS Strands SDK LangChain LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and agent-based solutions.
• Develop scalable and resilient solutions using event-driven architecture patterns including EventBridge SQS SNS Lambda and Step Functions.
• Partner with architects and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to system design architecture reviews and technical discussions by providing implementation-focused recommendations and architectural input.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs microservices and serverless applications following AWS best practices.
• Implement data storage and retrieval solutions using Amazon RDS Aurora DynamoDB and S3.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance reliability scalability and cost.
• Develop infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
• Implement and maintain AI observability capabilities to monitor model performance prompt effectiveness response quality latency usage patterns and overall health of AI and agent-based applications.
• Develop and execute AI evaluation (AI Evals) frameworks to assess model accuracy relevance groundedness safety response quality and overall effectiveness of Generative AI and agent-based solutions.
• Establish monitoring logging tracing and evaluation mechanisms to proactively identify performance issues hallucinations drift and reliability concerns in Generative AI solutions.
• Adhere to enterprise AI governance standards and policies ensuring responsible AI practices data privacy security compliance and model lifecycle management.
• Implement AI guardrails content safety controls auditability and risk management processes to ensure secure compliant and trustworthy AI solutions across the organization.

Qualifications:
Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture principles and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Python (mandatory); familiarity with Java preferred.
• Experience with Machine Learning concepts particularly model evaluation validation and performance assessment.
• Experience building Generative AI applications using LLMs RAG and agentic AI architectures.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services including Amazon Bedrock SageMaker Lambda EventBridge SQS SNS Step Functions DynamoDB Aurora RDS and S3.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain LangGraph Bedrock Agents AgentCore or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of REST APIs microservices and serverless application design.
• Experience with AI observability monitoring tracing and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AI governance security compliance guardrails and responsible AI practices.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Ability to understand business problems and convert them into effective technical solutions.
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills with the ability to contribute to architecture and design discussions.
• Understanding of architectural patterns scalability resiliency security and performance considerations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership accountability and continuous learning mindset.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with business outcomes and delivery priorities.
