Roles and responsibilities:

Investor onboarding (KYC FATCA CRS checks)

Folio creation and maintenance (demat coordination status updates)

Processing subscriptions capital calls and redemptions

Bank reconciliation and payout management

Unitization and investor reporting (SOA MIS)

Compliance with SEBI AIF regulations and AML checks

Handling investor queries and communication

Maintaining accurate records and supporting audits

Eligibility:

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance Commerce or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: 210 years in Transfer Agency Fund Operations/Administration or Investor Services (AIF/Mutual Funds/PE/Hedge Funds).

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with SEBI AIF Regulations
