Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced AI Transformation Consultant Pre-Sales & Discovery to work with U.S.-based small and mid-sized businesses and help them identify opportunities where AI automation workflow optimization and process redesign can deliver measurable business value.

This is a senior client-facing consulting and pre-sales role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with business owners and senior executives understanding business processes identifying operational challenges assessing AI opportunities developing business cases and presenting transformation recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Workshops & Client Engagement
  • Conduct structured AI opportunity and transformation workshops with U.S. clients.

  • Engage with business owners senior leaders functional heads and process owners.

  • Educate clients on practical applications of AI automation knowledge systems and workflow redesign.

  • Identify meaningful AI opportunities rather than promoting AI tools without a clear business case.

  • Adapt discovery and workshop discussions based on the clients industry and business challenges.

2. Business Discovery & Process Analysis
  • Conduct detailed discussions and interviews with senior stakeholders.

  • Understand business models operational workflows existing systems challenges and growth objectives.

  • Identify bottlenecks repetitive processes information gaps decision delays and customer experience issues.

  • Document current-state processes and define desired business outcomes.

  • Determine whether a problem requires process improvement automation AI or a combination of solutions.

3. AI Opportunity Assessment
  • Identify and prioritise approximately 37 AI/process improvement opportunities for each qualified client.

  • Evaluate opportunities based on:

    • Business value

    • Implementation feasibility

    • Risk

    • Data readiness

    • Time to impact

  • Develop current-state and future-state process maps.

  • Estimate potential:

    • Cost savings

    • Time savings

    • Productivity/capacity improvements

    • Revenue impact

    • Customer experience improvements

  • Develop phased transformation roadmaps covering quick wins and longer-term initiatives.

4. Pre-Sales & Commercial Conversion
  • Present AI transformation findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.

  • Build compelling evidence-based business cases linked to the clients strategic and financial objectives.

  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop proposals implementation approaches and commercial opportunities.

  • Position implementation services as the logical next step following the assessment.

  • Maintain follow-up with qualified opportunities through conversion.

  • Contribute to the development of a strong implementation pipeline.

5. Internal Capability Development
  • Develop reusable discovery questionnaires workshop frameworks assessment methodologies and industry-specific AI use-case libraries.

  • Identify recurring client challenges and convert them into scalable service offerings.

  • Enable sales and account management teams to identify qualified AI transformation opportunities.

  • Continuously improve assessment methodologies based on client feedback and implementation outcomes.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving process-mapping and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to convert business problems into quantifiable business cases and ROI opportunities.

  • Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of:

  • Generative AI

  • AI automation

  • Workflow automation

  • Knowledge management systems

  • Modern SaaS platforms

  • Ability to effectively use AI tools for research analysis synthesis and creating client deliverables.

  • Prior experience working with U.S. clients and understanding the U.S. business environment.

Required Skills:

1015 years in enterprise B2B sales. Proven North American sales experience and strong C-level network. Expertise in SaaS ERP WMS supply chain technology IT services or consulting. Strong prospecting negotiation presentation and relationship-building skills. Experience managing complex sales cycles partnerships pipelines and CRM. Knowledge of supply chain logistics manufacturing or industrial distribution. Willingness to travel 2540% across North America.


Required Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales Logistics Supply Chain Management Information Technology or a related or a postgraduate qualification in Business Marketing Sales or Supply Chain Management is relevant enterprise-sales experience may be considered.
