Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong technical background and hands-on understanding of the AI Software Development Life Cycle (AI SDLC) to lead the delivery of AI-powered products and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end program execution for AI/ML initiatives from ideation to production.
Manage cross-functional teams including Product Engineering Data Science MLOps and Business stakeholders.
Define project plans timelines dependencies risks and success metrics.
Ensure adherence to AI SDLC best practices including data management model development validation deployment monitoring and governance.
Track program health resolve blockers and provide executive-level status reporting.
Facilitate agile delivery and foster continuous improvement across teams.
Qualifications:
8 years of program/project management experience with a strong technical foundation.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts MLOps cloud platforms and modern software engineering practices.
Experience managing complex large-scale technology programs.
Strong stakeholder management communication and leadership skills.
PMP/Agile certifications preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Generative AI LLMs Responsible AI and AI governance frameworks.
Familiarity with Azure AI AWS AI/ML or Google Cloud AI services
