Job Summary
Role Mission
- Develop and integrate AI-driven capabilities into the QA Evolution platform
- Ensure secure auditable and governed execution of AI agents
- Enable scalable agent orchestration patterns aligned with enterprise architecture
- Support the transition from traditional QA to agent-driven AI-augmented quality engineering
- Experience with one agent framework:
- PydanticAI LangChain AutoGen OpenAI Agents SDK (or equivalents)
- Implementation of tool-calling agents with governance constraints
- Orchestration patterns:
- ReAct
- Plan-and-Execute
- Multi-agent collaboration / delegation
- Advanced prompt engineering:
- System prompts
- Few-shot examples
- Reasoning techniques
- Scripting Language
- Python
- Java
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG):
- Embeddings
- Vector databases
- Knowledge graphs
LLM & Integration
- Experience with:
- OpenAI-compatible APIs and/or open-source LLMs
- Optimization of:
- Token usage
- Latency
- Cost monitoring
- Evaluation methodologies:
- LLM evaluation pipelines
- Test suites for agent behavior
- CI/CD integration for automated validation
Total Experience Expected: 04-08 years
Qualifications :
B Tech in computer science
