As a Program Coordinator Intern for the AI Program at IIDE you will support the team in delivering a smooth and engaging learning experience for students. Your responsibilities will include assisting in managing online and offline classrooms coordinating with trainers and students ensuring timely updates on the Learning Management System (LMS) and helping with day-to-day administrative tasks.

What Youll Do

• Coordinate and set up online and offline classrooms to ensure seamless sessions.
  

• Assist in coordinating sessions covering popular AI tools such as ChatGPT Claude Midjourney Gemini Perplexity and other emerging technologies.
  

• Manage trainer schedules using Google calendars to optimize availability and coordination.
  

• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure its effective utilization by trainers and students.
  

• Update and maintain AI course content assignments projects learning resources and student records on the LMS.
  

• Communicate updates about schedules deadlines and program details effectively to trainers and students.
  

• Support the execution of AI-focused learning programs workshops hackathons and hands-on lab sessions.
  

• Ensure all AI online and offline program activities are executed in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  

• Monitor adherence to academic and operational processes to maintain a consistent learning experience.
  

• Assist in the moderation of final course results and oversee the generation of mark sheets and certificates.
  

• Follow up on the MESC portal for accurate data uploads and certificate generation.
  

• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken (English).
  

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets Docs GDS etc.).
  

• Pursuing or recently completed a graduation degree in any stream.
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
