Position Description: We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with background in Java and Cloud. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in Java SpringBoot ETL RAG LLM and should be able to work independently in a fast paced environment.

Skills
. 5 years of experience combined in programming small to large scale applications frontend and backend engineering test driven development microservices and architecture design principles
. AI & LLM Frameworks: Hands on experience with foundational models and APIs (e.g. OpenAI Claude etc.)
. Hands on experience of MCP server implementation
. Demonstrated strong team leadership and ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project
. Expert in multiple programming languages / frameworks such as: Java Spring Scala Spark JavaScript UI framework (Angular / React / ) Python HTML5/CSS SQL etc.
. Experience with microservices in cloud such as OpenShift Azure
. Experience with data lake and database engines such as HDFS Snowflake SQL Server PostgreSQL
. Mentor on standards and coding practices and debug very complex or urgent reuse and build sustainable applications

Responsibilities
. Hands on application design coding and deployment on cloud based environment
. Design and implement big data processing AI agentic solutions to optimize regulatory reporting workflows and reduce manual effort
. Liaison with business partners to deliver solutions based on clients needs translating business requirements into AI driven technical approaches
. Provide technical influence by sharing deep knowledge and experience in emerging AI technologies
. Maintain code quality best practices and responsible AI governance across the stack
. Support and maintain the team application suites on various technical infrastructures and architectures
. Help increase adoption of emerging technology within area of expertise

. Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
