AI Engineering Manager (India)

We are seeking an AI Engineering Manager (India) to lead our India-based AI engineering team driving architecture development and delivery of enterprise AI solutions across Mideras global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the India-based AI engineering and implementation team.

• Recruit interview hire onboard and develop AI engineers and developers.

• Provide daytoday technical leadership mentoring and coaching.

• Personally contribute to development of highpriority AI applications and integrations.

• Design and architect enterprisegrade AI applications agents and copilots.

• Lead technical design for solutions involving LLMs generative AI and RAG.

• Partner with the Manager Enterprise AI on team structure priorities and resource planning.

• Establish coding and engineering standards across projects.

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology Data Science Engineering or a related discipline.

• Approximately 10 years of professional software engineering cloud engineering data engineering AI/ML or related technical experience.

• Strong Python development skills with handson software engineering experience.

• Experience designing and delivering productiongrade enterprise applications.

• Demonstrated experience developing generative AI or LLMbased applications and working with LLMs RAG embeddings and vector search.

• Experience integrating applications with APIs databases cloud platforms and enterprise applications.

• Strong understanding of software architecture authentication authorization APIs security source control and CI/CD.

• Experience performing code reviews and technical design reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio Microsoft Copilot Azure AI Azure OpenAI Microsoft Fabric or Microsoft Power Platform.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM systems or enterprise data platforms.

• Experience in manufacturing industrial technology engineering or supplychain environments.

• Knowledge of MLOps LLMOps or cloudbased AI operations.
