We are looking for a passionate and innovative AI Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to develop integrate and optimize AI-driven solutions across our products and platforms. The candidate will work on automation machine learning models generative AI integrations predictive analytics and intelligent workflow systems to enhance our HRMS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and deploy AI/ML models for HRMS and enterprise applications
Build AI-powered automation features for recruitment payroll attendance performance management and analytics
Work on Generative AI NLP chatbot development and recommendation systems
Integrate AI APIs and third-party AI platforms into existing applications
Develop predictive analytics and intelligent reporting systems
Collaborate with product development and business teams for AI feature implementation
Optimize AI model performance scalability and accuracy
Research and implement latest AI technologies and automation trends
Ensure data security model reliability and system efficiency
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML frameworks
Experience with Machine Learning Deep Learning and NLP
Hands-on experience with libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn LangChain etc.
Experience in Generative AI and LLM integrations
Knowledge of REST APIs and AI service integrations
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud
Knowledge of chatbot and automation tools is an added advantage.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science AI Data Science IT or related field
1-2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
Experience working on enterprise applications or HRMS platforms preferred
