AI Engineer

What success looks like in this role:

We are seeking a motivated AI/ML Engineer with 1 years of experience in designing developing and deploying Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key areas:

• Develop train test and deploy machine learning models for business applications.

• Work with structured and unstructured data for data preprocessing feature engineering and model development.

• Implement AI/ML algorithms using Python and relevant frameworks.

• Monitor and optimize model performance to ensure scalability and accuracy.

• Collaborate with data engineers developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.

• Prepare technical documentation and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills

• 1 years of experience in AI/ML development.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning libraries such as Scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras.

• Knowledge of Data Science statistics and predictive modeling techniques.

• Experience with SQL and data manipulation tools.

• Understanding of Generative AI LLMs NLP or Computer Vision concepts is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP is preferred.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Good presentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Generative AI Prompt Engineering RAG and LLM-based applications.

• Experience with Git MLOps CI/CD pipelines and Model Deployment.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science Information Technology or a related field.
