Job Role: AI Agentic Developer

Exp: 1-3 Years

Work Mode: Work from Office (Mohali PB)

Qualification Required:

Bachelors degree in computer science Business or related field.

Specialization or Certification in AI or ML is a plus.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Build end-to-end production-ready Agentic AI agents.

Design agent workflows reasoning flows tool-calling logic and API-based actions.

Integrate agents with Agentic Platforms MCP servers internal systems third-party APIs and enterprise applications.

Develop scalable and secure APIs using frameworks like FastAPI.

Work on LLM RAG embeddings vector databases NLP NER ML and DL-based solutions.

Optimize AI agents and models for accuracy latency cost reliability and scalability.

Write clean reusable testable and well-documented Python code.

Monitor debug profile and improve agent performance in production.

Experiment with new AI technologies and convert them into working business solutions

Technical background:

Technical Expertise:

13 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/DL NLP LLM or Agentic AI projects.

Practical experience in building AI agents LLM applications RAG pipelines and API integrations.

Experience with LangChain LangGraph MCP tool calling function calling embeddings and vector databases.

Strong understanding of NLP NER text analytics ML and deep learning.

Experience in production API development is preferred.

HR-tech recruitment AI resume parsing or job matching experience is highly preferred.

Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning is a plus.

Certifications or specialization in Artificial Intelligence is highly desirable.

Minimum skills we look for:

Strong Python programming skills.

Hands-on experience in Agentic AI development.

Strong understanding of AI agents MCP tool calling function calling and agent workflows.

Experience in building end-to-end production-ready agents.

Ability to integrate agents with Agentic platforms MCP servers APIs and enterprise systems.

Knowledge of LLMs RAG prompt engineering embeddings and vector databases.

Experience with LangChain LangGraph CrewAI or similar agent frameworks.

Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks for API development.

Basic understanding of ML DL NLP and NER.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to experiment with new agent technologies.
