We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Deep Learning and Generative AI technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures LangChain frameworks and modern AI/ML development ecosystems to build scalable and intelligent enterprise solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Design develop and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
. Build and optimize applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT LLaMA and Claude.
. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for intelligent information retrieval and response generation.
. Develop AI workflows and pipelines using LangChain and related orchestration frameworks.
. Work with deep learning models and frameworks including PyTorch and TensorFlow.
. Integrate vector databases such as FAISS Pinecone or Weaviate for semantic search and embeddings management.
. Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and response quality.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
. Deploy and manage AI applications on cloud platforms including Azure AWS or GCP.
. Perform model evaluation tuning testing and monitoring to ensure reliability and scalability.
. Stay updated with emerging AI/GenAI trends frameworks and best practices.
. Prepare technical documentation architecture diagrams and deployment guides.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science or a related field.
. 35 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed solutions.
. Proven experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
. Hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) including GPT LLaMA and Claude.
. Strong experience implementing RAG architectures and LangChain-based applications.
. Proficiency in Python programming and AI/ML development practices.
. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP.
. Knowledge of vector databases including FAISS Pinecone and Weaviate.
. Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) transformers and embedding models.
. Experience with prompt engineering and AI model optimization techniques.
. Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

. Experience with MLOps tools and AI deployment pipelines.
. Exposure to AI governance responsible AI and model monitoring practices.
. Familiarity with APIs microservices and scalable AI application architectures.
. Knowledge of fine-tuning and customizing open-source LLMs.
