Hiring: AI Architect Agentic AI for Telecom Autonomous Networks
We are looking for a highly experienced AI Architect to design and lead next-generation Agentic AI-driven solutions enabling Telecom Autonomous Networks. You will work at the intersection of AI/ML telecom operations and cloud-native architecture to build closed-loop automation for global CSPs.
Key Responsibilities
Design scalable AI/Agentic architectures for Network & Service Assurance Fault Performance Inventory & Orchestration
Build multi-agent systems enabling reasoning planning action and learning for autonomous operations
Translate telecom intents into intelligent agent workflows and decision systems
Work with telecom data (KPIs alarms logs topology tickets) for real-time AI solutions
Develop end-to-end ML/LLM pipelines (data ingestion training validation deployment)
Drive RAG-based systems document AI and semantic retrieval solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to autonomous network strategy
Required Expertise
Strong experience in AI/ML Deep Learning RL LLM-based systems Agentic AI
Hands-on with LangChain / LangGraph / Agent frameworks
Experience in telecom domain (RAN Core Transport OSS/BSS)
Cloud expertise: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Data platforms: Kafka Data Lakes real-time streaming systems
Python/Java/C with strong system design skills
Experience with vector databases (e.g. Vertex AI Vector Search FAISS)
Familiarity with Vertex AI / Gemini / LLM orchestration is a plus
