• Identifying needs in operational villages in consultation with the villagers
• Preparing detailed plan based on the need and resource availability in consultation with the stakeholders

Facilitating smooth implementation of CSR Projects

• Implementing the projects in coordination with villagers and other stakeholders

Monitoring of ongoing interventions

• Monitoring of the interventions in progress
• Taking corrective measures wherever required

Collaborating with line departments of Govt. and other development agencies

• Coordinating with Govt. Departments for taking up different developmental programs for synergistic effect.

Management of partnership with Development Agencies

• Identifying organizations based on the need
• Due diligence of potential organizations
• Finalization of contract
• Facilitating smooth implementation of the planned interventions
• Regular monitoring

Ensuring proper documentation

• Ensuring preparation of reports (monthly quarterly and annual) at regular frequency and presentations as per the need.
• Ensuring preparation of proper financial documents

Cost Monitoring

• At every stage keeping a control over cost.
