Monitoring of ongoing interventions

Taking corrective measures wherever required
Collaborating with line departments of Govt. and other development agencies
Coordinating with Govt. Departments for taking up different developmental programs for synergistic effect.
Management of partnership with Development Agencies
Identifying organizations based on the need
Due diligence of potential organizations
Finalization of contract
Facilitating smooth implementation of the planned interventions
Regular monitoring
Ensuring proper documentation
Ensuring preparation of reports (monthly quarterly and annual) at regular frequency and presentations as per the need.
Ensuring preparation of proper financial documents
Cost Monitoring
At every stage keeping a control over cost.
