Designation: AGM / DGM – Warehouse
Location: Nellore Andhra Pradesh
Industry: API / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Facility: USFDA-approved facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations for API manufacturing facility.
• Manage RM PM FG and intermediate material storage and movement.
• Ensure compliance with USFDA cGMP GDP and EHS requirements.
• Oversee warehouse receipt sampling dispensing storage and issuance activities.
• Maintain proper inventory accuracy stock reconciliation and material traceability.
• Ensure FEFO/FIFO practices and controlled storage conditions.
• Lead warehouse documentation SOPs batch records and data integrity compliance.
• Coordinate with Production Quality QA QC Purchase and Supply Chain teams.
• Drive ERP/SAP/WMS implementation and warehouse process improvements.
• Manage warehouse team manpower planning training and performance.
• Handle audits and regulatory inspections including USFDA and customer audits.
• Drive inventory optimization space utilization and reduction of material losses.
• Ensure compliance with deviation CAPA change control and investigation requirements.

Ideal Candidate:
Senior warehouse/supply chain professional with strong experience in API/pharma manufacturing preferably from a USFDA-regulated facility handling large-scale warehouse operations at AGM/DGM level.
